Hyderabad, Oct.4 (NSS): The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) on Friday welcomed the Supreme Court directive to appoint a five member independent investigation committee to complete the inquiry into the Tirupati Laddu adulteration case taking into account the beliefs of Hindus across the world.
In a statement, Dr. Ravinuthala Shashidhar, VHP National Spokesperson said the VHP has been demanding an independent probe into the controversy every since it came to light. Devotees believe that the truth will come to light through this investigation.
The VHP believes that the Supreme Court’s remarks on political interference will be a step forward in the matter of Free Hindu Temples in the coming days, he added.
