
Hyderabad, June 24 (NSS):BRS party leader Boyinapalli Vinod Kamar today demanded that the Narendra Modi government order an inquiry by a Supreme Court judge into the sensational UG-NEET question paper leak scam.
Speaking here on Monday, he made it clear that the NEET question paper has been leaked only in NDA-ruled States. He questioned the Modi government as to why it did not order an ED probe into the paper leak case even though crores of rupees had changed hands. Stating that the Centre has cancelled the PG-NEET entrance exam due to the UG-NEET paper leak case, he said the aspirants of the medical PG seats had suffered a lot due to the postponement of the PG examination.
Vinod Kumar said the Modi government had played with the lives of nearly 24 lakh students of the various medical courses. He demanded a discussion in Parliament on the paper leak issue. He also appealed to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to respond to the NEET paper leak case. He suggested to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to file a petition in the Supreme Court that the State would not be a part of the future NEET exams. He also demanded that the Modi government bring in laws to provide stringent punishments on the lines of the death penalty for paper leak accused. He also accused the Modi government of failing miserably in the paper leak case. (NSS)
