Hyderabad, July 26 (NSS): In a significant advancement during the Salangor ASEAN Business Conference (SABC) 2024, World Telugu Information Technology Council (WTITC) chairman Sundeep Kumar Makthala paid a courtesy visit to HE BN Reddy, an Indian High Commissioner to Malaysia.

The meeting focused on exploring future collaboration opportunities and discussing WTITC’s strategic initiatives.

On the occasion, HE BN Reddy, recognising the immense potential of regional cooperation, suggested that WTITC should consider organising the WTITC ASEAN summit in 2025, coinciding with Malaysia’s upcoming ASEAN chairmanship.

He stated that the leadership role provides a strategic opportunity to drive regional economic integration, enhance technological collaborations, and promote cross-border trade among ASEAN member States.

ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) comprises ten member countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. This proactive approach highlights WTITC’s commitment to leveraging international collaborations for the benefit of Telugu entrepreneurs and businesses.
