Saudi deputy minister receives UN resident coordinator

RIYADH, 28 August: Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Minister for International Multilateral Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Rassi received UN Resident Coordinator in the Kingdom Mohamed El-Zarkani in Riyadh on Tuesday.

During the meeting, they discussed various aspects of cooperation between the Kingdom and the UN as well as the latest developments of common interest, the Foreign Ministry reported on X.

In a meeting on Monday, Al-Rassi met with Hanan Al-Balkhy, director of the World Health Organization’s regional office for the Eastern Mediterranean, and discussed the Kingdom’s humanitarian efforts and ways to strengthen cooperation.
