Hyderabad, Nov.3 (NSS): BRS party MLA Harish Rao today slammed the State government over the incident in which 60 students of Wankidi Tribal Gurukul of Kumram Bhim Asifabad district were hospitalized.
Taking to his X handle, he criticized that the government’s negligence had turned out to be a curse to the students of the Gurukuls. He said the future of the children, who do not know anything in the Praja Palana of the State government was worrying. “If 60 students fell ill, the State government was not even worried about such a serious issue,” he alleged. He criticized that the local hospitals were admitting the students in batches and not making efforts to provide better treatment to them. He made it clear that the State government was responsible for the condition of the student who was put on ventilator.
He questioned as to why the State government failed to provide timely treatment. He expressed his anger that the Education department was also with the Chief Minister and added that it was a shame that no effort was made to protect the reputation of the gurukuls which is deteriorating day after day.
