Hyderabad, Dec.27 (RAHNUMA): Jagtial District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO) Dr. Akula Srinivas passed away from a cardiac arrest early Saturday morning.
He began experiencing chest pain at around 4:30 am. Family members rushed him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. Dr. Srinivas, who had previously served as a programme officer, had recently taken on the role of DMHO following the transfer of the former DMHO to another position on deputation.
As a resident of Jagtial town, Akula Srinivas was well-connected with various community groups. Officials from the medical and health department, as well as members of the walker association and political leaders, expressed their deep condolences following his passing.
