
Hyderabad, Sept.9 (RAHNUMA): The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) continued its ongoing enforcement drive against unauthorized constructions across all three Zones, with field teams carrying out inspections, identifying violations and taking action in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
As part of Wednesday’s enforcement activity, 19 unauthorised constructions were identified, 17 demolitions were carried out and 10 notices were served. The action was undertaken by field-level enforcement teams based on the identification and verification of unauthorised construction cases.
The demolitions carried out include 5 in Serilingampally zone, 6 in Kukatpally zone and 6 in Quthbullapur zone.
The Commissioner has directed the concerned officials to maintain continuous field-level monitoring and ensure that identified unauthorised construction cases are taken to their logical conclusion through the prescribed enforcement process.
Officials have also been instructed to closely monitor cases from identification and verification through further enforcement action, in coordination with the concerned teams.
In a statement, the officials stated that the CMC will continue its enforcement efforts across the three zones to ensure compliance with building regulations and prevent unauthorised constructions.
