BRS leader urges harvard Varsity to cancel CM Revanth Reddy’s certificate

Hyderabad, Feb.5 (RAHNUMA): BRS general secretary RS Praveen Kumar has written to world-renowned Harvard University requesting the revocation of a completion certificate awarded to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in an executive leadership programme.

In a press statement, Praveen Kumar alleged that the Chief Minister faces multiple criminal cases and referred to past legal controversies, including the cash-for-vote scam case. He claimed that awarding such recognition undermines the values of ethical leadership and urged Harvard to review its admission processes for executive programmes.

In his email addressed to Harvard management, he questioned the University’s due diligence procedures and alleged that granting certificates to controversial political figures could damage institutional credibility. He alleged that Revanth Reddy was facing the highest number of criminal cases (89) among any Chief Minister in the country and that he was caught red-handed by the ACB in the cash-for-votes case and spent nearly 50 days in jail. Now also involved in several scams as the Chief Minister. He has been using objectionable language against his opponents everywhere. Such a politician is unfit for the 21st century, the BRS leader remarked.
