CONVERGENCE MEETING HELD FOR BONALU FESTIVAL ARRANGEMENTS

Hyderabad, July 10 (RAHNUMA): Police and government officials held a high-level convergence meeting to review preparations for the Shree Ujjaini Mahankali Bonalu festival 2026 at Vishwakarma Function Hall in Secunderabad. The meeting, chaired by Secunderabad zone DCP Rakshitha Krishna Murthy, was attended by senior police officers, government department heads, temple committee members, and festival organizers.

Officials discussed security arrangements, traffic management, safety protocols, and coordination among departments to ensure the festival is conducted smoothly, safely, and peacefully. The DCP directed all concerned departments to implement the planned measures in a timely manner.

Addressing the stakeholders, the DCP emphasized the need for seamless coordination among all wings. Necessary instructions were issued to the respective government departments to ensure timely compliance with all planned measures.

Senior police officials including J. Narsaiah, Additional DCP, Ch. Sridhar, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), and S. Ravi Kumar, Inspector of Police, Mahankali Police Station, were present.
