The occasion witnessed an emotional interaction between Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and Mule Vaishnavi, a junior assistant with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), whose remarkable artistic talent and unwavering determination left a lasting impression on everyone present.
Despite physical challenges, Vaishnavi has never allowed her disability to define her aspirations. Using her feet as an instrument of creativity, she has developed exceptional skills in painting and has become a source of inspiration to many.

To mark Telangana State Formation Day, she painstakingly created a portrait of the Governor using only her toes and nurtured a simple yet heartfelt dream to present it personally to him.
