Hyderabad, Oct.30 (NSS): With the initiative of Husnabad MLA and Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, the State government has sanctioned the expansion of Husnabad’s existing 100-bed hospital to a 250-bed facility.
An allocation of Rs.82 crore has been released for this development, with funds issued and administrative approvals granted by the department of Health, Medical, and Family Welfare.
This initiative marks another milestone in Husnabad’s rapid growth since Ponnam Prabhakar’s election as MLA.
In a statement here on Wednesday, the Minister expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and Health Minister Damodar Raja Narasimha for their support in making the expansion possible.
The people of Husnabad constituency have warmly welcomed the State’s decision, viewing the upgraded hospital as a valuable Diwali gift to the region.
