Kuwait Emir appoints Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad as foreign minister

DUBAI(RAHNUMA): Kuwait has appointed Jarrah Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah as its new foreign minister in a cabinet reshuffle, the state news agency KUNA reported on Sunday.
