
Hyderabad, May 27 (RAHNUMA): The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), Telangana has signed an MoU with Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI) to strengthen skill development in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
The partnership aims to create globally aligned training and certification programmes for construction professionals as Hyderabad expands its infrastructure and urban development footprint.
Speaking on the occasion, NAREDCO Telangana president Koppula Sreedhar Reddy said Hyderabad was entering a defining decade of growth and required a technically strong workforce capable of meeting international standards in construction and project management.
ESCI Director General Dr G Rameshwar Rao said the collaboration would help design industry-relevant programmes tailored to the evolving needs of the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
The initiative will focus on training in emerging technologies, sustainability practices, quality standards and modern construction methods, with an emphasis on strengthening Hyderabad’s position as a global urban and real estate hub.
As the city continues to attract investments and expand its infrastructure footprint, NAREDCO Telangana believes that developing human capital will be central to sustaining this momentum and reinforcing Hyderabad’s position as a preferred destination for real estate and urban innovation.
