
Hyderabad, April 29 (RAHNUMA): Minister for IT and Industries Duddilla Sridhar Babu on Wednesday officially opened Heineken Business Services India, a newly established Global Capability Centre (GCC) by Heineken, the second-largest brewery in the world. The facility is located in Hyderabad’s financial district and covers an area of 76,000 square feet.
The centre will serve as a strategic global hub delivering services across finance, digital, technology and analytics, strengthening Hyderabad’s position as a leading GCC destination.
The facility is expected to create over 300 high-value jobs in the initial phase, with employment projected to scale up to 1,600 in the coming years.
With a legacy spanning more than 150 years, Heineken stands among the world’s most iconic brewing enterprises.
Its products are available in 190+ countries, while the company operates over 165 breweries across more than 70 countries, reflecting its extensive global footprint.
State Excise and Tourism Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, Harold van den Broek, Executive Board Member and CFO, HEINEKEN, Yolanda Talamo, Chief People Officer, Ronald den Elzen, Chief Digital and Technology Officer, Akos Magyari, Senior Director, HEINEKEN Business Services, Vivek Gupta, Managing Director, UBL, and Garima Singh, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, were present.
