
Hyderabad, July 22 (RAHNUMA): Minister for Labour, Employment, Training, Factories, and Mines, Dr. G. Vivek Venkatswamy, who also serves as Chairman of the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM), formally handed over the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) executed between TOMCOM and Career Consultz.
The pact was signed by TOMCOM Managing Director A. Nirmala Kanthi Wesley and Career Consultz CEO Meneni Rohith Rao. The collaboration highlights the Telangana government’s commitment to expanding transparent, legal, and ethical employment pathways abroad for skilled youth across the state.
The collaboration will initially focus on employment opportunities in Japan, Germany, South Korea, Finland, Italy, and Norway.
As part of the partnership, Career Consultz, a leading international career advisory and overseas employment organisation, will work closely with TOMCOM to identify, train, and prepare candidates for overseas careers.
The organisation will provide comprehensive support, including career counselling, language training, interview preparation, documentation, visa assistance, overseas placements, and post-arrival support.
TOMCOM, an undertaking of the government of Telangana, continues to play a pivotal role in connecting skilled youth with quality international employment opportunities through workforce development initiatives and strategic global partnerships.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives of Career Consultz expressed their commitment to supporting TOMCOM’s vision of responsible and ethical international workforce mobility.
Both TOMCOM and Career Consultz expressed confidence that the partnership would open up new global career opportunities for thousands of aspiring youth from Telangana.
The event was attended by Manakondur MLA Kavvampally Satyanarayana, TOMCOM General Manager Nagabharathi, TOMCOM officers Shabana and Anil, Japanese delegate Sayuri Matsuno, and senior officials and staff of Career Consultz.
