
Hyderabad, Aug.11 (NSS): The two-day Paediatric Anesthesiologists meeting concluded on Sunday evening. Indian Association of Paediatric Anesthesiologists (IAPA)’S Mid-term CME 2024 which was held on Saturday and Sunday with the theme “The Paediatric Anaesthesia Connect’ concluded on Sunday evening at Hotel The Plaza, Begumpet.
It was organised by the Indian Society of Anesthesiologists-ISA and the Indian Association of Pediatric Anesthesiology- IAPA, Telangana State branches. It was organised under the leadership of Dr Raja Narsing Rao and Dr Sailaja as President and organising secretary respectively.
150 delegates from India attended the conference. Various topics on Advances in pediatric and neonatal perioperative care and procedures were discussed in detail.
An Anesthesia postgraduate case presentation was also facilitated after the main event to encourage the young emerging anesthesiologists to showcase their work in pediatric anaesthesia.
Addressing the closing ceremony, IAPA’s Telangana President and the Organising Chairperson, Dr Raja Narsing Rao spoke. Dr K. Sailaja, IAPA Telangana State Secretary and Senior Consultant Anaesthesiologist at Care Hospital also spoke.
