Hyderabad, June 3 (NSS): The Secretariat building will undergo several changes to suit the requirements of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
The Chief Minister has decided to make changes in the Secretariat. Sources said that the main gate of the Chief Minister’s convoy entry is going to be changed.
Henceforth, the entry of the convoy will be from Secretariat West Gate (West) and it’s exit will be from the East Gate. Senior officials, including IAS and IPS are also allowed from the East Gate.
After assuming charge as the Chief Minister of Telangana, Revanth Reddy has suggested the officials to make changes as per his Vastu requirements in the Secretariat.
The Chief Minister’s Office ( CMO) is now located on the sixth floor. As former chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s lucky number was six, the sixth floor was made with bullet proof arrangements.
Now, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has decided to shift the CMO to the ninth floor. Changes are being made in the building in this regard as Revanth Reddy’s lucky number is nine.
Apart from this, other changes are also being made in some other departments. The Secretariat Buildings department is supervising these works.(NSS)
