Yadadri, March 11 (NSS): Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday visited Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at Yadagirigutta in Yadadri Bhongir district. He also participated in the rituals related to the temple’s annual Brahmotsavams which are being held from March 11 to March 21.
The Chief Minister along with his wife came to the Yadagirigutta temple in a special flight from Begumpet Airport. Revanth Reddy, who came to the temple for the first time as the Chief Minister, was accorded a grand welcome by the temple staff.
Accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Uttam Kumar Reddy and Konda Surekha, Government Whip Beerla Ilaiah, Congress MLAs and officials, Revanth Reddy offered silk clothes to the presiding deity and performed special pujas. The Chief Minister couple took blessings from the lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy amidst chanting vedic hymns rendered by the temple priests.
