Hyderabad, Sept.5 (NSS): GHMC Mayor Vijayalakshmi today instructed officials to ensure there will be no shortcomings in Ganesh immersion arrangements, they should make all arrangements.

AS Rao Nagar Pond, Nagole Cheruvu, Baby Pond, Mansurabad Pedda Cheruvu Baby Pond and Saroornagar Tank were also inspected by the Mayor. She inspected the bund and gave several instructions to the officials on the arrangements for the immersion.
Speaking on the occasion, she asked the officials to not show any laxity in making the arrangements for immersion. It was suggested that all accommodation facilities should be provided to the devotees by her. “Mobile toilet, static cranes and mobile cranes should be set up and steps should be taken to ensure uninterrupted power supply, drinking water supply facilities,” she added. The officials were instructed to ensure that the swimmers do not have to take any untoward incidents. She said all the officials should work in coordination so that there is no difficulty in connection with the immersion.
