Hyderabad, July 9 (NSS): TPCC senior vice-president G. Niranjan today said if the Telugu people of Telangana and Andhra States are to develop with mutual cooperation, Chandrababu should stop taking interest in Telangana politics and TDP should be abolished in Telangana and restricted to Andhra region.
“People of Telangana are not happy with the welcome and honours given to Chandrababu in Hyderabad. The over-ambitious Chandra Babu declared while speaking at NTR Bhavan that he will take interest in strengthening the TDP in Telangana. If you boast yourself for the development Hyderabad, then we will have to reveal the damage done to Telangana.
“The Chandrababu, who welcomed the Chidambaram’s statement on December 9, 2009 for the beginning of process for formation of Telangana, changed his stand immediately and created obstructions for the formation of Telangana. People of Telangana congratulated Chandrababu for becoming Chief Minister of Andhra for the second time, but they will never forgive him if he puts his finger in Telangana politics.
Niranjan said, “the people of Telangana will never forget the past frauds and injustices. The people of Telangana have tolerated attempts to undermine the existence of Telangana in the past. But in the future, they will not forgive, tolerate this type of attempts and give fitting reply”, he added. (NSS)
