As part of the company’s Golden Jubilee celebrations, the CMD also inaugurated the newly constructed CC and RCC internal roads developed to strengthen the plant’s infrastructure.
Speaking on the occasion, the C&MD said that under the guidance of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, the SCCL is moving ahead with a comprehensive plan to diversify and strengthen APHMEL along with its parent organisation.
Congratulating the employees, Buddhaprakash Jyoti expressed happiness that APHMEL had achieved its highest-ever turnover of ₹63.13 crore and a record net profit of ₹23.33 crore, the best performance in the company’s 50-year history.
He described this achievement as a result of the vision, guidance and encouragement extended by the Deputy Chief Minister during his visit to APHMEL last year.
The Singareni CMD further recalled that the Deputy Chief Minister had assured support for improving infrastructure at the plant, following which the CC and RCC internal roads were taken up and completed.
