Hyderabad, April 23 (RAHNUMA): Minister for IT and Industries Duddilla Sridhar Babu formally inaugurated ‘The Exclusive Lean Manufacturing Facility for Baker Hughes’ at the Azad–Centre of Excellence & Innovation Centre, located within the TGIIC Industrial Park in Tuniki Bollaram village of Mulugu mandal in Siddipet district on Thursday. The facility has been established over an area of 7,600 square meters.
Baker Hughes, a U.S.-based global energy technology company, operates across 120 countries worldwide, with a strong presence in sectors such as Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE), Industrial & Energy Technology (IET), and Technology & Digital Solutions.
The newly inaugurated unit will focus on the manufacturing of high-precision products required for its Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) division.
This facility is expected to generate employment for over 230 highly skilled professionals, further strengthening the manufacturing ecosystem and enhancing the global footprint of “Made in Telangana.”
