“Will stay in BRS till my last breath”: Jeevan Reddy’s strong political declaration

Hyderabad, April 20 (RAHNUMA): Former minister T. Jeevan Reddy made a firm declaration of loyalty to the BRS, stating that he would remain in the party “till his last breath”, while launching a sharp attack on Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.

Calling the Jagtial BRS public meeting historic, Jeevan Reddy accused the Chief Minister of failing to deliver on electoral promises and “terrorising people under the guise of HYDRAA.”

He alleged that the public was increasingly disillusioned with the Congress government and claimed that Revanth Reddy was working in line with PM Narendra Modi, rather than the Congress high command.

Highlighting development issues, he credited former chief minister and BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao for sanctioning the Regional Ring Road and questioned the delays in Metro Rail expansion.

On agriculture sector, he stressed the importance of the ‘Medigadda barrage’ and criticized the government for failing to undertake timely repairs. He also slammed delays in “Rythu Bharosa” payments and demanded clarity on crop insurance schemes.

Jeevan Reddy further alleged that the Chief Minister was prioritizing personal real estate interests over public welfare and questioned the timing of his Medigadda visit.
