CM Revanth promises all help to spread  message of Lord Buddha

Hyderabad, May 23 (NSS): Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has informed that the State government will sanction special funds for the construction of Dhyana Mandir and will also extend all the help to spread the message of Lord Buddha to everyone in the society.

The Chief Minister on Thursday visited the Mahabodhi Buddha Vihara at Mahendra Hills, Secunderabad and participated in a programme to mark the occasion of Buddha Purnima.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that with the visit of Buddha Vihara, he got an immense pleasure with spiritual touch.

“At the age of 29, Gotham Buddha had started preaching peace by relinquishing power and kingdom. The Buddha’s doctrine is alive in the last  2500 years. I am also much inspired by the message of Lord Buddha, who stated that do every work like meditation which has a lot of influence on me” Revanth Reddy said.

He also expressed concern over that intolerance and jealousy are growing in the society and stated that differences and emotions are dominating among the people.

“Today, India needs to follow Buddha’s message. As an individual and also on behalf of the State government, I will extend all the help to spread of message of Buddha to everyone in the society. This government is yours and the Telangana government respects the Buddhist Monks,” the Chief Minister added. (NSS)
