SBI EMPLOYEES DONATE RS.5 CRORE FOR FLOOD RELIEF IN TELANGANA

Hyderabad, Sept.5 (NSS): In the wake of heavy floods that have caused extensive damage in crops and properties in Telangana, the State Bank of India (SBI) has donated one day’s salary of Telangana SBI employees Rs.5 crore to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

The SBI representatives, including CGM Rajesh Kumar, DGM Jithender Sharma, AGM Durga Prasad and Tanuj called on Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at his residence here on Thursday and handed over a cheque of Rs.5 crore to the Chief Minister.

Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka was also present at the time of handing over the cheque to the Chief Minister.
