Hyderabad, July 4 (RAHNUMA): The 93rd birth anniversary of former Chief Minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, Konijeti Rosaiah, was observed with solemnity at the TGSRTC Bus Bhavan on Saturday. Marking the occasion, TGSRTC Executive Director M. Rajashekhar paid floral tributes to the portrait of the veteran leader and recalled his contributions to public service.
During the event, Rajashekhar praised Rosaiah for his exceptional contributions as both Chief Minister and Governor, calling his service memorable and exemplary. He highlighted Rosaiah’s remarkable tenure as Finance Minister, where he served for an extended period and presented numerous state budgets.
Rajashekhar emphasised that Rosaiah’s fiscal responsibility, financial insight, and administrative skills remain a source of inspiration for current and future generations. He added that the impactful decisions Rosaiah made in his roles and his unwavering commitment to public service will be cherished for years to come.
The programme was attended by RTC Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer (FA & CAO) Vijaya Pushpa, Chief Mechanical Engineer (CME) Jani Reddy, Chief Civil Engineer (CCE) Kavitha, senior officials, and staff members, who paid homage and recalled the late leader’s invaluable contributions.
