Arab Industries Exhibition to Kick off Next Tuesday

Muscat, Feb 6 (ONA) — Arab Industries Exhibition will kick off next Tuesday at Oman International Exhibition Centre. The three-day exhibition is organized by the East Coast for Organizing Exhibitions, and coincides with the Omani Industry Day.

 

     Khadija bint Mubarak al-Battashiyah, Chairperson of the organizing company said that the participation will be outstanding this year, as the exhibition is being organized for the fourth year in a row. It hosts governmental institutions interested in industry, economy, and investment and the Omani companies operating in various industrial areas from both sectors.

 

     She added that the exhibition aims to provide and meet the needs of Omani industrialists and consumers and to support the Omani economic movement in industrial areas. It also aims at creating great opportunities for all companies and institutions working in this area to showcase their best products for the development and prosperity of the national industrial sector.

 

      Suleiman bin Othman Awlad Thani, Head of Media Committee of the exhibition said that the exhibition this year will witness a significant marketing for the Sultanate and the Omani industry through the participation of media organizations from the Sultanate, GCC countries, Egypt, Belgium, Morocco and the participation of more than fifty delegations from the GCC and Arab states.

 

     He added that the forum includes several working papers and various panel discussions for major Arab investors, industrialists and entrepreneurs. The exhibition will also host Omani fashion show to highlight the Omani traditional fashion by Omani designers.
